Readers for 2018 School Year!
Students who earned 100 points or more in Accelerated Reader were inducted into the Jefferson Parkway Elementary School 100 Point Club. These students will receive a certificate, they will place their handprint on a ceiling tile that will remain in the library ceiling. We will have a 100 Point Party and each student will receive a t-shirt. Look below for this year's design. The head of Jeffery contains the name every staff member and each member of this year's inductees to the 100 Point Club.

Pokemon in the Library!
Look at this spot for hints about how to find Pokemon in our JPES Media Center!
For 3rd - 5th grade, students are going to try to find Pokemon hiding in the books in our library. The only way you know they are hiding in a book is to check it out of the media center. Prizes will be awarded to those who find the correct amount of 1 Star, 2 Star or 3 Star Pokemon!
2nd grade, you will be awarded a prize each time you "catch" a Pokemon!
5th graders have already found a few lurking in our books! Keep reading, taking quizzes and check out different books to find all of the Pokemon!
Spearow was found in the library Saturday afternoon!
I wonder if he was trying to hide in the E section or the NonFiction section!
